Everything you need to know to get Noteorius under the tree on time.
When do I need to order to get it by December 24?
Free standard shipping: order by Monday, December 14.
Express shipping: free on orders placed December 18 to 20. We'll post the last Express order date for Christmas delivery here soon.
Everyday Kit: ships from a separate warehouse, so its cutoff may be earlier. We'll post its order-by date here soon.
Orders placed after these dates will still ship, but we can't promise delivery before the holiday.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed by 2:30 PM ET, Monday to Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:30 PM ship the next business day.
We don't ship on weekends or holidays, so weekend orders go out on Monday. Everyday Kit orders ship from a separate warehouse and may arrive in their own box.
What holiday offers are coming up?

Do I need a discount code?
Most holiday offers apply automatically at checkout. Early Access is the exception: subscribers get a code by email on November 24.
How do I get Early Access to Black Friday?
Join the list on our Early Access page. You'll get our best deal of the year starting Tuesday, November 24, three days before the sale opens to everyone.
Which kit should I give?
Essentials Kit: the notebook, the SmartPen, and a charging cable. The core setup.
Everyday Kit: everything in Essentials plus the magnetic folio. For the person who takes notes everywhere.
Complete Desk Kit: everything in Everyday plus the phone stand. For the person who does most of their writing at a desk.
What does the person I'm gifting need to get started?
Charge the SmartPen, download the free Noteorius app, and pair the pen. That's it. Then write, press the arrow with the pen tip to save the page, and clear it to start again.
Is there a subscription?
No. The Noteorius app is free, with no subscription. Saved pages can go to Notion, OneNote, Google Drive, Evernote, or Dropbox.
Can a gift be returned?
Yes. Every order comes with 30-day returns. Reach out to support@noteorius.com and we'll help.
Can I ship directly to the person I'm gifting?
Yes. Enter their address at checkout as the shipping address.
