The product just isn't user friendly - the magnetic send button to the application rarely works correctly & you do not know if it is sent & saved to clear the page & create new notes until you repeatedly check the application & ensure it has went through.
At the same time, you can erase pages of notes & then when you finally send in a full page, it can have overlaps from previously erased versions still.
It takes more time than is necessary versus utilizing a standard notebook & scanning in pages of notes.
Not a product I would recommend.
Overall, this this is an amazing product and there's a lot that works.
Pros: The feel and responsiveness when I write is great. The palm recognition works wonderfully and I don't have to worry about how I write or rest my hand. Easy uploads with the app and syncing with Google drive is a must.
Cons: Inconsistency with writing recognition and erasing. Since I've received the smart notebook, I've had issues when uploading where some of my writing isn't captured/stored and transferred from the pad to digital format. I've also started having an issue where even though I clear my screen prior to uploading a new page, there is a "ghost image" of some of what was erased.
Again, overall, this is a great product that helps reduce the extra paper and pads that are needed around the house and at the office - there are just a few things that need to be fixed to make this a 5-star item.

The feel of the pen and paper is so similar, feels so comfortable, but connects to everything else, making my life a lot easier!
I’ve been using your notebook for a few weeks now, and I’m seriously impressed. The writing surface feels remarkably like writing on paper - smooth, responsive, and satisfying without any lag or awkward friction.
What really stands out is the palm rejection: you can rest your hand naturally on the screen, and it absolutely doesn’t interfere with your strokes. No accidental marks, no cursor jumps - just uninterrupted flow.
In short: For me this notebook nails the analog feel while giving me the digital convenience to save, sync, and organize my work. For anyone looking to write with the ease of pen and paper but without the mess or waste, this feels like magic.
